During our stay, the attention to children was severely lacking. My shy daughter often sat alone in the corner, unnoticed by the staff, which was heartbreaking for us. Additionally, I faced an accident due to a sharp edge on the pool's floor that cut my foot. While the hotel did fix the defect quickly, the staff's language barriers were frustrating. They need to ensure that at least basic English and Spanish are spoken by all employees to accommodate guests effectively.

The beach was nice at night, with entertainment under the stars. I enjoyed relaxing in the hammock on my balcony, which helped me relax after hot days. It felt safe to walk across the road to the beach.

The living area in my suite was hot and poorly ventilated. There was no table service, so getting drinks required multiple trips back and forth, which was inconvenient.

I had a blast lounging by the six fine pools, each one offering a unique vibe! The food was nothing short of lovely-think gourmet meals that you'd find in a fancy restaurant, right by the beach! Plus, the creative drinks were the cherry on top 🍹

Beautiful beach access and great shows, but the food gets repetitive quickly.

la torre resort all inclusive offers an amazing experience! there are 6 awesome pools, and it's just a short walk to the beach. the food was impressive, too, almost like at a fancy french restaurant. i loved their special drinks by the pool. this resort is truly perfect for families!
